Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened item(s) within 3 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 72 business hours of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you may receive the refund much quicker. This time period includes the processing time for us to receive your returned item(s), process your return once we receive it, and to initiate the refund by our credit card processors to process your final adjusted refund dollar amount.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, and let us know why you would like to return the item(s). Once we receive the return request we will provide instructions on the next required steps to complete your return request. If all goes well eventually we will notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship to almost any address in the US. Except for some places that prohibit the sale . Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain States.

Every order gets shipped out in 24 business hours usually. Our flat rate shipping service is provided by USPS Priority Services and you will be notified via email with a tracking number as soon as we package your order to be ready to ship out. Typically transit times for the flat rate service is 2-5 business days depending on the destination location of the delivery. Our orders are well packed in USPS Priority padded envelopes and secured gently for the maximum protection of your ecigs and ejuices!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
